Returns & Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Champ Customs.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom or made-to-order items are final sale.
• Select items may be subject to a restocking fee if approved for return.

Return Authorization (RA)

• All returns must be approved with a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping.
• Returns sent without an RA number may be refused or delayed.

Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, Champ Customs will assist and may provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

• Returns are inspected upon arrival.
• Once approved, refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for processing by your financial institution.
