Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order seats may require additional production time of 2–6 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (USA) We ship via UPS, USPS & Fedex. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship worldwide via DHL, UPS, Fedex and USPS. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
