Champ Customs diamond-quilted marine vinyl seat with red contrast stitching and BVO logo on Harley-Davidson CVO Touring bagger

Another Milestone. Another Masterpiece. Champ Customs Builds for Bert's Harley-Davidson.

At Champ Customs, every build tells a story. This one adds another chapter to ours.

We are proud to present our latest handcrafted seats — built for the legendary Bert's Barracuda Harley-Davidson 🦈 and Bert's Black Widow Harley-Davidson 🕷️, two of the most iconic Harley-Davidson dealerships in the country, and home of the exclusive BVO custom series.

Craftsmanship Meets Legacy

Bert's doesn't settle. Neither do we. When a build carries the BVO badge, it represents the best of custom Harley culture — bold, intentional, and built to last. Our seats were crafted to match exactly that standard.

The Canvas

A new Harley-Davidson CVO Touring — Harley's own flagship Custom Vehicle Operations platform. Vivid red paint. Blacked-out engine, exhaust, and wheels. A bagger that commands respect from every angle.

The Craft

Every detail on these seats was deliberate:

  • Marine-grade vinyl — chosen for its premium finish, UV resistance, and long-term durability on the road and on the show floor
  • Integrated gel layer — engineered for all-day riding comfort without adding bulk or compromising the bagger's low-profile stance
  • Diamond-quilted pattern — a signature of premium custom upholstery, executed with precision
  • Red contrast stitching — hand-matched to the CVO's vivid red paint for a seamless, factory-level finish
  • BVO logo embroidered on the backrest — because details like this are what separate a good seat from a great one

The Result

Flush fitment. Clean lines. A seat that doesn't just sit on the bike — it completes it.

This is what Champ Customs does. We don't just make seats. We make statements.
