Return Policy
Returns Process: To initiate a return, please complete the RMA form. An RMA number must be issued by Champ Customs before any items are returned. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.
Eligibility for Returns:
Most new, unopened, and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Items with mounting marks, scars, or damage on the top surface will not be accepted for return.
Customized items or items with customer-specific requests are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Special Order items are non-returnable unless defective.
Shipping and Refund Details:
Return labels are not provided, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Credit card fees or any other transaction fees are not refundable.
Champ Customs is not responsible for shipping costs, damages, or claims resulting from the return process.
All returned goods must include adequate insurance coverage and tracking numbers.
If shipping damages occur, Champ Customs is not liable for delays or discrepancies caused by such issues.
Return Instructions:
Once an RMA number is issued, ship the item(s) back to us.
Include a printed copy of your order in the box.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned product in acceptable condition.
